Selection Process
Step 1: Get details from client job description technical term, salary structure number of requirements, job location etc.
Step 2: then we pull out CV from our internal database or portal references, social site etc.
Step 3: if resume is not available in our internal database then post job description on Job board or other networking side, sometimes if profile is niche so we take a help of newspapers/ web advertisement site with job description.
Step 4: We filter CV two times before sending to client and screen candidate’s CV as per the requirement of client.
Step 5: As per client convenient we request to share a feedback of shortlisted / rejected candidates, if candidate is rejected so we would like to know more details about Job description to make a better and relevant search.
Step 6: Scheduling an interview of shortlisted candidates and give some basic interview tips.
Step 7: After selection of candidate we help client to take references of previous employer of candidates for reference check / document verification etc.
Verification Process
Step 1: Involves client for document procedure as per their policy like verification form, qualification documents, salary slip and more.
Step 2: collect relevant document from candidates and do initial verification.
Step 3: if client is required third party verification we help them to connect with document verification vendors.
Final Deal
To assure a proper coordination between client and candidate for finalization of salary / date of joining / offer letter issuance etc. and insure smooth transition and on boarding.
